As Senior Director of Marketing for REV Fire Group, I led global brand strategy and marketing execution across a portfolio of seven B2B brands representing $1.3B in annual revenue, including Ferrara, E-ONE, Spartan, and KME. My focus was to unify the portfolio under a shared growth vision while modernizing marketing systems, digital engagement, and commercial alignment.

  • Launched North America’s first electric fire truck, driving multimillion-dollar pre-orders, extensive national media coverage, and market leadership in sustainable innovation.

Electric Fire Truck Launch – REV Fire Group

At REV Fire Group, our team led the product launch for North America’s first fully electric fire truck. The campaign focused on innovation, sustainability, and operational performance, targeting municipal leaders, government agencies, and fleet operators. We developed a multi-channel strategy that included earned media, live events, digital storytelling, and real-world testimonials from early adopters. Messaging was tailored to highlight environmental compliance, long-term cost savings, and grant funding compatibility—key considerations for public sector buyers. The campaign doubled event attendance, generated significant industry and media coverage, and secured pre-sales prior to official product availability.



Ferrara Fire Apparatus — Brand Repositioning & Identity Relaunch

Spearheaded the complete rebranding of Ferrara Fire Apparatus, transforming a 30+ year legacy manufacturer into a modern, performance-driven brand within the REV Fire Group portfolio. Directed strategy, creative development, and execution of the new identity — from messaging and visual design to website, sales collateral, and product application. Partnered closely with sourcing and operations teams to efficiently transition the new logo across all apparatus, ensuring existing inventory of branded parts was fully utilized prior to changeover, minimizing waste and cost. The initiative unified brand and product presentation, improved customer recognition, and positioned Ferrara as a technology-forward leader in custom fire apparatus manufacturing.
