As Senior Product Marketing Leader for Amazon’s Kindle portfolio, I led go-to-market and lifecycle strategy for a multibillion-dollar consumer technology business spanning devices, accessories, and digital reading experiences. KINDLE SCRIBE & ONSITE EXECUTION
I guided the onsite experience strategy for Kindle Scribe, Amazon’s first digital notebook and the largest device launch in Kindle history. By redefining content strategy, navigation, and storytelling across the product detail pages and Amazon storefront, I improved discoverability and conversion while aligning content with customer feedback and behavioral insights. This work elevated the customer experience to +4-star ratings, strengthened consideration for premium devices, and set a new benchmark for how Amazon showcases hardware innovation online.
